He has lived and worked in Singapore, Australia, the UAE, India, and Canada—giving him a uniquely global lens on deal dynamics, capital strategy, and growth planning.

His experience spans the full M&A lifecycle: from strategic positioning and valuation analysis to due diligence, debt strategy advisory, and final negotiation. Shathish has supported founders, boards, family offices, and private investors across industries ranging from technology to business services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
